Unlike a lot of wedding planners and coordinators, It’s Your Wedding offers hourly coordination services. We do request a three hour minimum for these services. Even though you may have all of your questions ready and think you know exactly what you have to ask, once we get started in the process you usually find there are so many more questions that come up….it’s sort of difficult to get them all answered in just an hour!

Our hourly services can include any aspect of your wedding planning that you need a bit of help with, including:

• Searching for the perfect venue
• Recommendations for wedding suppliers and vendors
• Vendor interviews and meetings
• Budget advice
• Creating ceremony and reception timelines
• Etiquette for invitations, seating, etc.
• Rehearsal and/or day-of coordination billed at hourly rates
