Partial Service Coordination

If you’re the type of bride who has the time to do a lot of the planning yourself, but still feel like you need a bit of professional expertise here and there, then we can handle that as well.

Maybe you’ve gotten a lot of items on your list accomplished already. You’ve found the venue, you’ve selected the DJ, you even found your dress and your bridesmaid dresses! And you and your florist are discussing the décor and the bouquets. But you just want to make sure you have everything under control.

And you need someone to oversee and coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. After all, how can you direct anybody else when you’re the star of the show?

That’s where this package comes in. We’ll work together with you to be sure all your plans are in order, and make suggestions where necessary. And we promise we won’t feel like you’re trying to take our job away! It’ll just give allow us to help an extra bride or two. But don’t worry. When we’re working with you, you’ll still get our undivided attention!

Our Partial Service Coordination Package includes:

  • Initial personal meeting to get to discuss your budget, colors, venue, theme, and other details
  • You will prepare your budget, if you haven’t already, and we’ll review it; we’ll create your timeline for lining up vendors, etc.
  • We present vendor recommendations and review contracts prior to signing, if desired
  • If desired, we will advise on stationary and wording of invitations, menu selections, cake selection, etc.
  • Up to ten hours of personal and/or vendor meetings plus one site visit each to ceremony and reception venues (extra hours billed at hourly rate)
  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Assist in preparation of seating charts and recordkeeping of guest RSVP’s
  • Plan and coordinate all rehearsal, ceremony, and reception activities/timelines
  • Confirm all vendor services prior to wedding/reception
  • Coordinate and direct rehearsal
  • Oversee all vendor/decor setup at reception
  • Manage wedding party before and after ceremony
  • Direct all aspects of reception and ensure that timelines are adhered to
  • Oversee cleanup after reception has ended
